Contact ROARR

ROARR is a small rally company based in Kent, UK. People who work on our rallies include:

Conrad Birch

Company Director
A property investor and keen rally enthusiast, Conrad organised his first rally in 1999, the never-to-be-forgotten 1st Jewel of India Classic Car Rally. Since then he has run seven other rallies and his ambition is to find 'Great Drives' around the world including India, South America and Japan. For Conrad, running rallies is a much loved pastime, never a business. Last year he drove his MG B from London to India and the car is now in Japan for a summer of driving the great unknown mountainous interior. His Alfa Romeo Duetto is on its way to Patagonia to drive the Carretera Austral and then Ruta 40 between the glaciers, in preparation for next year’s Patagonia Classic Car Rally.

We occasionally need crew to work on our rallies, particularly mechanics and doctors. No pay but all your expenses including air fare are covered and it is a great adventure. Please contact if you are interested.

Recent crew who’ve lived to tell the tale include Simon “Spanners” Skelton, Doctor Rod, Becca Hall (“Mama Doc”), David Powell (“Papa Doc”), Doctor Pramode, and most recently Robert Montana.

In India we have the wonderful Bunty and his team of mechanics, based at their garage in Udaipur and the equally wonderful Kalypso, our agents in India who brilliantly organised every single aspect of the luxury Great Arc 2009 campsites.
